Why it matters here
Westminster and Garden Grove share a border, share Little Saigon and share most of the same streets. For a lot of Garden Grove, we are a shorter drive than the nearest freeway on-ramp. That sounds like a small thing until you remember what tint and coating work actually involves, which is dropping a car off and coming back for it.
On climate, Garden Grove sits just far enough inland to lose the reliable morning marine layer that Huntington Beach and Seal Beach get. It is not Anaheim heat, but it is warmer for longer than the coast, and cars parked on a Garden Grove driveway or street take real sun through the afternoon.
The other thing we see from this side of the border is that people here tend to keep cars longer. That changes what is worth doing. On a car you plan to own for another five or eight years, the maintenance items matter more than the cosmetic ones. Headlight lenses go cloudy and cut your night visibility. Interiors crack from UV that a clear window does nothing to stop. Both are cheap to deal with early and expensive to ignore.
What we do
Everything happens under one roof, four miles from you. Most places in Orange County specialize in one of these and send you elsewhere for the rest.
Carbon film for privacy, nano-ceramic when heat rejection is the priority. Both block close to all of the UV that cracks a dashboard.

Yellowed lenses sanded back, polished clear and sealed. Worth doing on any car past about seven years, for night vision as much as looks.

Interior and exterior, well past a standard wash. Worth doing regularly on a car you plan to keep for years.

Fireball and Autobahn coatings, from a year on wheels and glass up to ten on the body. Makes washing a driveway-parked car far less work.

Clear film over the hood, bumper and fenders. It takes the rock chips instead of your paint.

Paint protection film
Garden Grove is a few miles from the shop, so a film job is simple to schedule: drop the car off, pick it up, and no freeway in between. Paint protection film is a clear layer over the front panels that takes the rock chips instead of your paint.
Hood, front bumper, front fenders and mirror caps. Most jobs start here. The exact coverage depends on the car, and we go over the panels with you before anything is cut.
Chips on the hood and bumper are usually the first damage a daily driver collects, and film is easiest to justify before they appear. The PPF vs ceramic coating guide covers how film and a ceramic coating compare.
Getting here
We are at 14191 Beach Blvd, Suite #A in Westminster, about four miles from most of Garden Grove. Beach Blvd or Westminster Ave will both get you here without touching a freeway, which is the point.
A 3,600 square foot shop with a real lobby, not a mobile setup working out of a van. Appointments and walk-ins both work, and a busy day runs up to ten cars. Everything is priced per vehicle, because every car is different.
Before you book
It depends on the job. Tint on a normal sedan is a few hours. Paint protection film and ceramic coating take longer, sometimes more than a day, because the paint has to be decontaminated and the work has to cure in a clean space. Being four miles away makes the drop-off and pick-up much less of a problem than it would be from further out.
Usually yes, and it is one of the few things that improves how the car actually drives at night rather than just how it looks. A hazed lens scatters light instead of projecting it. Restoration is also a fraction of what replacement lenses cost on most vehicles.
Any car. On older vehicles the extra step is removing old film first if there is any, which takes time and is worth being honest about up front. Purple, bubbled dyed film from years ago comes off, and the glass gets cleaned properly before new film goes on.
California allows aftermarket film on the front side windows down to a set limit, rear windows can go darker, and windshields are restricted to a strip along the top. We fit your car to the legal limit and show you exactly where that line falls before we start, rather than letting you find out at a traffic stop.
You can, and plenty of people from Garden Grove do. A busy day runs up to ten cars, so calling ahead on (657) 400-9300 means you are not waiting. For film or coating work we would rather book you in, because those need the space and the time set aside.
You are four miles away. Bring the car by and we will look at it before quoting anything. If a cheaper option does the job, we will say so.
